Most of us are obsess with how fast we can lose weight. The safe and more recommended route for losing weight is to lose weight healthily, steadily and be able to maintain an ideal body weight.
Set Reasonable Weight Loss Goals.
Set a more practical goal that you’re most likely to succeed and be encouraged to continue with the new eating and exercise regimen. Recent studies suggest a 10% reduction in body weight as the realistic starting aim slowly and surely is the better way to go.
Drink Plenty of Water
When you’re feeling hungry, reach first for a glass of water. Drinking six to eight glasses of water can help you lose weight by curbing your appetite and fill you up so you don’t over eat.
Moreover, drinking enough water ensures that both digestion and metabolism are working at their full capacity. There’s no contest that water is the best substitute for any beverage since it’s calorie-free.
Stay Active
You don’t need to do daily strenuous aerobic exercise in order to lose weight.
Find something you actually like, not what everyone says that it’s the fastest way to burn calories. Half an hour to an hour a day, three to five days a week of moderate exercise is good enough for the body. Aside from proper exercise, remember to keep moving during the day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Try to walk whenever you can.
Don’t Starve Yourself
We all need energy to live our daily lives. Eating an inadequate amount of food will only leave you feel drained, irritable, and can lead to long and short term medical problems. A diet plan that’s too low in calories will make it harder for you to lose weight since your metabolism will slow down as your body attempts to conserve energy. It’s also essential that you eat breakfast since it fuels you for the day and you’ll be less likely to stuff yourself during lunch. Eat what you want (but do try to stay away from cake, ice cream and junk food). Do watch your portions but don’t dip down below 1,200 calories per day.
Try Medical Weight Loss Method
If you have tried every ways of losing weight but it doesn’t work, try medical weight loss method which is called Gastric Balloon Insertion. With gastric balloon insertion, there is no need to undergo any surgery. The specialist will insert the gastric balloon to the stomach by using an endoscope. The gastric balloon will then be filled with the blue colored liquid called “Methylene Blue “around 400-500 cc. The people who have gastric balloon insertion will have a feeling of fullness, which naturally makes you eat less and lose weight. The average weight reduction is around 20-40 kilograms.
